DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery time consists of two phases:

• Processing Time: Your order is checked, confirmed, and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
• Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may require a slightly longer processing time.
• Shipping Time: The average shipping time is 7 to 12 business days.
• In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended up to 30 days due to high demand, international logistics processes, or public holidays. The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates.

SHIPPING COSTS

• We offer free shipping on all orders.

ORDER TRACKING

• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order at any time via our tracking link.
• Please note that tracking updates may take up to 5 business days.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES

• For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

DELAYS & LIABILITY

• In case of unexpected delivery delays, we will, of course, inform you.
• The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.
