Return an order

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Do you have a question, want to return a product, or are you experiencing a problem with your order? First, contact our customer service via our contact form or by email at support@velorparis.fr.

Please include your order number. We strive to respond within 24 hours.

Before returning a product, contact us via our contact form and provide:

  • Your name;
  • Your order number;
  • The product(s) concerned;
  • The reason for the return.

We will then provide you with the necessary instructions and the current return address.

Do not return your order to the address on the original package. This address may not necessarily be our return address.

Do you have a question about the size, width, fit, comfort, or finish of the product? Contact us via our contact form and provide your order number, the product concerned, the size ordered, and a brief description of your request.

Photos are not mandatory, but they can help us to review your situation more quickly.

Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form and attach, if possible, clear photos of:

  • The product in its entirety;
  • The defect, damage, or incorrect product;
  • The packaging;
  • The shipping label, if necessary.

Always include your order number. In the case of a damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant product, we will process your request in accordance with applicable legal guarantees.

Do not return the product until you have received our instructions.

First, check if the package:

  • Was delivered to a neighbor;
  • Was left in a secure location;
  • Was received by another person in your household;
  • Is subject to additional information from the carrier.

Still can't find the package? Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form and provide your order number and tracking number.

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the order.

To qualify for this service, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and clean;
  • Be in its original condition;
  • Be accompanied by its original tags, parts, and accessories;
  • Be returned, as far as reasonable, with its original packaging;
  • Be subject to a prior request to our customer service.

This voluntary return policy does not limit your legal rights.

Our returns are processed by our central return center located in Zhejiang Province, China.

Contact us before any return via our contact form to obtain the complete and current return address. The direct costs of an ordinary return are borne by the customer.

The amount depends on the country of shipment, the carrier, the weight, and the chosen shipping method. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping proof of shipment.

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund is made using the same payment method as that used during the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may defer the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided us with valid proof of their shipment.

You may examine the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, a depreciation may be deducted from the refunded amount.
